Join us every Wednesday at 6:30 PM at the Shadow Ridge High School Track for an interval workout led by Coach Arrick. Each week brings new challenges like speed intervals, tempo runs, or form drills. All designed to meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward.

Not a runner? No problem! Many members walk, jog, or mix both. The focus is on showing up and having fun.
